Why Getting A Traditional Credit Card Is A Bad Idea

A good alternative to getting a traditional credit card is the Green Dot Credit Card, which is a prepaid credit card. At first sight a traditional credit card might seem like a good idea, however there are downsides to having and using one of those cards.

With traditional credit cards it's easy to mess up your credit score because it's easy to make impulse purchases that you might not have the money for when the bill comes due. Making late payments on your credit card bill can be bad on your credit score.

With the Green Dot Credit Card you avoid this dilemma because you can't spend more than you have loaded on your card so there are no interest charges or late fees. It is also easier to get this prepaid card then it is to get a traditional credit card .

If you want a credit card it would be worth looking into this card.

Does Air Duct Cleaning Work?

If you are someone wondering if you should have your air duct cleaned the one question you might have on your mind is, does air duct cleaning work? Well, some people have reported that after having their air duct cleaned their allergies improved. Some even claimed their system worked more efficiently. The EPA and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association both agree that there's some value in having your air duct cleaned.

When and how often you should have your ducts cleaned is another thing. Some think every three to five years, others say clean them as needed. There are even those that routinely have theirs cleaned even though the EPA does not recommend it. A good contractor will tell you whether or not a cleaning is actually necessary. In the Austin area you can look to The Steam Team of Texas for your air duct cleaning needs. They use state-of-art equipment to thoroughly clean each duct in your home.

So, does air duct cleaning work? If you think it does and you’re looking to have yours cleaned in the Austin area check out The Steam Team of Texas.

Also for those that have been victim of smoke and fire damage click this link http://www.thesteamteam.com/austin-cleaning-services/air-duct.shtml for fire and smoke restoration in Austin.

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century

The Author of this post is Rory Reilly

One of the greatest sci-fi programs to ever aid on television was Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. I watch old episodes of this exciting program on my satellite tv all the time(http://www.directstartv.com). This is the sort of show that truly takes me back to the seventies and makes me remember all of the crazy outfits and trends that were of that time.

This show basically shows how a man and his attractive alien girlfriend face daily battles on planet earth. This duo tries to fight off all of the evil that is on planet Earth. It is so much fun to see how this duo works together to truly overcome evil forces. With the aid of his lovely girlfriend, Buck Rogers never fails against one of the bad guys. It is so much fun to see how hard he works to preserve good in this country. Buck Rogers is one of those alien heroes that simply wants to see everyone happy. He will do whatever it takes to make sure that the members of society are safe from all evil sorts of forces.

One of the major reasons many people loved watching this show was for the romantic chemistry between Buck Rogers and his beautiful girlfriend. It was so much fun to see the passion between the two on this show and always wonder if they would get together.

Getting A Free Credit Score Report

Now a days more than ever it is very important to know your credit score, after all your score can have a big affect on your life. It can determine whether you will be able to buy a house, a car, furniture or anything else on credit. So I would say that’s pretty important. Now, there are several places that will allow you to check your score for free, which is good except for most will only give you the report from one or two credit bureaus.

If you want a complete and more accurate account of your score you should have it from all three credit bureaus. Here are some good reasons for getting your credit score. One reason is to know what it is. Once you know what your score is you’ll know where you stand and what you can do. Another reason is to see if there are any mistakes. This happens all the time and if you can see it you can have it corrected. The most important reason is to see if anyone has been unlawfully using your credit. Identity theft is big and this is one way to find out if someone is using yours.

As you can see knowing your score can be helpful so take the time to get a free credit score report and get it from all three credit bureaus.
