I requested my first payment from RedGage, so I should be receiving my debit card pretty soon. They take $5 out for the, but I think that's only a one time fee.

I wanted to mention for those who have a PayPal account that If you get the debit card you get cash back on purchases that you make using the credit option instead of debit. I just received my first cash back from them and will add it to the list.
