I did a lot of work telling folks about SocialMonkee the free backlinks submitter where you can get 25 free backlinks everyday to your blogs and websites. They also have paid version where you can get 100 backlinks everyday 3 times a day. But you can also get the paid version free by recruiting 12 people to join for free.

Either way this is a really good source for getting those much needed backlinks to your web properties.
