Last week I withdrew and received a payment of 75 cents from Media Dollarz. Since I haven't done much with them lately I just wanted to go ahead and cashout until I'm ready to start back looking for offers with them. That also gets them off my pending list. I also put in to do some reviews for PayPerPost and Sponsored Reviews. These are still pending.
