Stephen King's, "The Mist" Rave

Is there anybody on the planet that’s not a Stephen King fan? King has more than proven himself as a horror writer with books like “Carrie”, “Cujo”, “Christine” and others. But he has done some very heart-felt things like “The Green Mile”, “Shawshank Redemption” and “Stand By Me”. Movies of these Stephen King books and others has only stemmed to grow his fan base, so you know when a new Stephen King movie comes out the theaters are going to be packed.

Well, get ready for some packed theaters because on November 21, 2007 a new Stephen King movie will be released. “The Mist”, is about a large group of people trip in a grocery store by a strange mist. David Drayton, who is the store with his son Billy, is the first to notice that there are strange things hiding in the mist. Horrifying, otherworldly creatures waiting to pounce on the terrified people in the store.

In order to survive the people in the store must work together, but you know how people in a large group can be. Pretty soon it becomes questionable if the monsters are things in the mist or the people in the store.

This looks like it’s going to be a good movie and judging by King’s track record I’m sure it will be.
