Auction Ads Rant

I’ve been thinking about taking Auction Ads of this blog and my other ones. It doesn’t seem to be doing any good and it’s taking up space where other stuff can go that might make some money.

I have seen that other bloggers feel the same way I do and have taken Auction Ads off their blogs already. I want to give it a chance, but I’m wondering how many people are likely to click and bid on an item from a blog.
Apparently there must be some people that are making money from Auction Ads or they couldn’t keep going. I’ll try it a little longer and see what happens before I make the decision to let them go.

30 Day Challenge Rave

I don’t know if any of you joined in on the 30 Day Challenge, but it has ended now. From what I understand it broke some records and was much more successful than previous years.

For those of you who don’t know what the 30 Day Challenge is, it was a challenge to make $10 online in 30 days using techniques give by Ed Dale and his crew. Ed Dale is the originator of the 30 Day Challenge.

It seems some people made their $10 within a few hours and some hundreds within a few days. The challenge itself was not really about making the $10, it was more about using the techniques to make money online period.

Although I did join the 30 Day Challenge, I was unable to participate in it. Here’s the good news for anyone like me who wanted to participate, but couldn’t for whatever reason, or maybe you just missed a few days, the challenge is going to stay up for awhile longer. How much longer, I don’t know.

I am coping the pages and other files like videos and pod casts to my computer in order to take the challenge at my leisure, but you can go to the website and follow along. I don’t know if you can still signup if you’re not a member already, but it’s worth a try to see if you can.

Make Money With Zazzle Rave

I have been a member of Zazzle for about a year, but I have yet to do anything with it. For those of you who don’t know Zazzle is like Café Press where you can put your own designs on things like t-shirts, coffee mugs, totes, aprons, etc. But unlike Café Press, where you have to make you design, upload it and assign it to a product, at Zazzle you can make your design right on the product. Below is an example off a coffee mug I did last night. Click the image for a larger view.


I did the heart in Photoshop, uploaded it to Zazzle, placed it on the mug, wrote the words, sized and placed everything how I wanted. It was very easy and kind of fun. BTW, you can buy the mug by Clicking Here, you can even change the color of the top and handle if you don’t like the color I picked.

I will be doing more Zazzle and hopefully I’ll be able to add them to my online earnings and my weekly money update. Give it a try yourself.

The Seven Ps Rave

I Just recently joined Blogitive and I must say it’s better than I thought it would. Blogitive is a paid to blog website like PayPerPost and Blogvertise where you are paid to do reviews of their advertisers.

For some reason I thought there would be very little opportunities to take and that they would only be every now and than. I thought those opps would be gobbled up before I even had a chance to see them. Well, I was wrong. There has been a few opps that I have caught and I even took a couple.

The one thing that I don’t like about Blogitive is that you have to have two non-paid post between the post you do for them. The thing I really like (besides getting paid), is that they give you 48 hours after accepting to do a review to do it.

So far it likes Blogitive might be a good addition to my online earning family.

Are you good at website design, graphic design, art, writing, computer troubleshooting or anything else? Then way not sell your service on your blog.

As an artist besides trying to sell my art on a couple of my blogs, I also try to sell my art services in the form of offering to do commissions. By showing my art on my blogs, people can see the quality and the kind of work I do thus giving me the chance to offer them my service to do some artwork for them.

The some goes for any talent that someone has. If you are good at website design, you can blog about what makes a website look good, what graphics to use on certain websites, anything about website design. Then somewhere on your blog offer your website design services. Maybe even write a post every now and then about the service you offer.

Just about any service you can think of can be blogged about. You then use that blog to make money selling that service.
